Gardens & estates

Infrastructure with the garden in mind.

Pipe and duct routes for shared gardens, irrigation and estate equipment, shaped around access and existing landscaping.

Understand what needs to be retained

Paths, mature planting and occupied communal areas create practical constraints. Moling can reduce surface excavation where conditions allow, but it does not remove the need to assess roots, utilities and buried structures.

Coordinate the wider project

Routes for irrigation, gates, CCTV or other equipment should be planned with the people responsible for those systems. Agree access arrangements, installation responsibilities and reinstatement before work starts.

Start with a plan of the space

A simple marked-up plan, postcode, approximate route lengths and photographs of gates and access points are helpful. Include resident access requirements and any known restrictions on working areas.

LET’S TALK UNDERGROUND

Have a route in mind?

Tell us what needs to go underground and where. A postcode, approximate distance and a few photographs are a useful starting point.
