Who is responsible?

Moling.London is part of London Infrastructure Solutions LLP, which is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. To contact us about your data, use the enquiry form and select “Privacy request”.

What we collect

We receive the name, email address, project description and any optional phone number, postcode, route length or access information you provide. Information you subsequently send, such as site photographs or plans, may also form part of the enquiry. Please avoid including information about other people unless it is needed for the project.

Our hosting and form providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses, request times and error information. The website’s form relay uses a hashed network address and recent attempt times to limit repeated submissions. It does not keep enquiry text in a website database.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond, understand the site, prepare a quotation and arrange agreed services. Where you ask for a quotation or service personally, processing may be necessary to take steps towards a contract. For business enquiries and protecting the website from misuse, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to relevant requests and operating a secure service. We do not add enquiry details to a marketing mailing list.

Who handles the information?

The website is hosted by Hostinger. FormSubmit relays contact-form submissions to our business inbox, and MXroute provides email hosting. Relevant information may be shared with a specialist involved in your requested project when that is needed to respond or deliver the agreed work. We do not sell enquiry details.

These providers may process information outside the UK. Their privacy information explains their locations and safeguards: Hostinger, FormSubmit and MXroute.

How long information is kept

We retain enquiries only for as long as needed to respond, follow up a proposed project, deliver agreed work or meet applicable record-keeping and legal requirements. We review information and delete it when it is no longer needed. Email and form providers also apply their own retention arrangements. The form relay’s abuse-prevention records use a rolling ten-minute activity window.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive data in a portable format. Use the contact form to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and measurement

This release does not add Google Analytics, Google Ads tags or advertising cookies. Fonts and illustrations are served with the site. If measurement or additional third-party features are introduced, this notice and any required visitor controls will be updated.
