Where moling may help

A straight route between local working pits can cross beneath a suitable driveway or path without opening a continuous trench along it. The boundary connection, entry to the house, pipe specification and site conditions are assessed together.

Agree the complete scope

Creating the underground route does not by itself include a connection to a public main, plumbing connections, testing or water-company coordination. Responsibilities and any notification requirements need to be established for the actual project.

What to send

Include the site postcode, the intended start and end points, approximate length, existing pipe information if known, photographs and any plans. Do not assume a depth or pipe size until the installation has been assessed.
